The high quality of all the Fohrenburg Brewery products can be guaranteed due to ongoing control in all production steps. Likewise the purchasing department (the Fohrenburg Brewery only processes high-quality raw materials), sales department, distribution, customer service as well as marketing focus on customer satisfaction and therefore work on a high-quality level.

Established components of the quality management system at the Fohrenburg Brewery are:

• Certification according to the ISO standard 9001 – since 1999
• Certification according to IFS International Food Standard – since 2005
• Certification according to Ökoprofit – since 2009
